1)  What is CBD?

Cannabidiol is a phytocannabinoid discovered in 1940. It is one of 113 identified cannabinoids in cannabis plants and accounts for up to 40% of the plant’s extract.  It is not marijuana and will contain less than .03% of the better-known cannabinoid THC.

3)  What’s the difference between CBD and THC?

CBD is non-intoxicating and interacts with your body’s natural endocannabinoid receptors. Regular use could promote overall immune system health, relaxation, and aiding in natural body functions like digestion and sleep. THC, on the other hand, offers some similar relief with the addition of psychoactive effects. CBD could improve your wellness and overall body & mind balance and will not get you high, where THC will.

4)  Is CBD legal, how old do I have to be to purchase CBD?

Yes, CBD hemp is legal in the United States. On December 12, 2018, Congress passed the 2018 farm bill into law. The bill defines hemp as the plant Cannabis sativa L, with a concentration of .03% or less of THC. You must be 18 years of age to purchase CBD.

 6)  Where do you ship, can you ship outside of the US?

We ship to most states (excluding Idaho, Iowa, and South Dakota). Depending on where we are shipping your order, you can expect it to arrive within 3 to 5 business days or sooner from the day your order is placed. In addition, after placing your order, our system will e-mail you a tracking number, so that you can track and know the exact ETA of your shipment. We currently do not ship out of the US, however, as the federal statutes change and allow border crossing shipping of CBD, we will be able to offer it at that time.

7)  Is CBD an approved FDA product?

Currently, there is only one CBD product that’s FDA approved – it is a drug for the treatment of a very rare form of epilepsy that requires a doctor’s prescription. Hemp extracts and phytocannabinoid products are not FDA-approved just yet. However, there is ongoing and very promising and exciting research on many potential therapeutic benefits of CBD and hemp-derived extracts, that are currently unknown to us.  In addition, Satori Naturals products are manufactured in an FDA registered facility that adheres to strict guidelines for best manufacturing practices  (GMP Certified)

8)  Is your CBD organic, where is it grown?

All Satori Care Naturals, products are made from Organically grown, Non-GMO hemp, formulated, and lab tested for quality, potency, and purity in the USA.

9)  How is your CBD formulated, is it tested by a third-party laboratory?

Absolutely.  We test our hemp at extraction, before manufacturing, and you will receive a 3rd party test with each product you purchase.  Simply scan the QR code on the label to see the potency and purity of your product.

10)  What is your return/refund policy?

We will ship your product within 24 hours from when your order is received. All claims for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Upon our receipt of the returned product, we will refund your purchase price to your original form of payment. We use secure shipping couriers. For any specific questions on shipping or your tracking number please contact our customer care team at If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel it, the unopened product will need to be shipped back to us in order to do so. We do not cover shipping fees for canceled orders or returns.

12)  What are the recommended doses?

Please refer to the back of the product label for the suggested use and dosage for your particular product or refer to your physician.

13)  How long can I expect to start feeling the effects of CBD?

The experience with CBD is different for everyone and it is not a quick fix. Some people report immediate response, some longer.  For some, it won’t “ever work”. Regular daily has been shown to promote overall system health, relaxation, and aids in regular body functions. CBD’s performance reflects the support of the immune system, urinary tract health, overall wellbeing, digestion, and irritated skin.

14)  Are your CBD products tested?

15)  Do you have a minimum order, and do you offer free shipping?

We do not have a minimum order. However, our shipping rate is $8 flat anywhere in the US. Orders over $75 dollars are shipped for free. We are working to develop an overnight priority shipping option and will offer it as soon as we can integrate it into our system.
